Going into spring, why not dare with something colorful for the workout? Here for you: Orange is the new Fitness OOTD, An outfit I am literally obsessed with.
I am generally not someone who uses bright colors in her outfits, I am very minimalist and always choose neutral color palettes. When it comes to workouts, however, I always tend to dare because these bright colors infuse me with crazy energy.

During spring, my absolute favorite colors are yellow and orange. As soon as I found this outfit, total H&M, I immediately fell in love with it. The pile sweatshirt gives me the 80’s vibes, kind of like outfits my parents wore. I adore it !
Then, the addition of blue gives a stunning effect.
As I said, Orange is the new Fitness OOTD can be found completely on the H&M website and you can create your own outfit by interchanging various patterns. For example, for the upper part, I chose a bodysuit but a top or sweater is available.
From the same line, I chose these wonderful biker shorts. They have support on the belly ( so they don’t squeeze) and are super soft on the thighs as well.
Although they are very soft, they did not bother me during various workouts. This is because I notice that many of them bother me, they move all the time and irritate my skin with sweat. This fabric on the other hand is just perfect for workout and for people with sensitive skin like mine.
Last but not least, these wonderful socks great for use during workouts, in “extreme” conditions.
The only thing not from H&M that I show you in this post is the leather weekender bag from Mango ( my favorite brand ). Very chic and also practical.
