APPLE FITNESS+ | another reason to workout from home

Apple Fitness+ is a platform/app from Apple that allows you to be able to do lots of fitness activities at home as well as giving you lots of information regarding your daily goals, calories consumed etc by connecting it to your Apple Watch.

You know how much I love doing workouts at home especially following the tutorials of the amazing Pamela Reif, my favorite fitness guru. Recently, however, I received as my graduation gift: a wonderful Apple Watch (I still wonder how I lived without it until now) and because of that I decided to try the Apple fitness+ program.

I’m obsessed!

APPLE FITNESS+ HOW IT WORKS

If you have an iPhone, you can try Apple Fitness+, an on-screen fitness program where you can be guided by expert coaches connected from the Fitness+ studio in Los Angeles.

Also if you have an Apple Watch you can tune in and get personalized real-time metrics such as heart rate and calories burned.

There are lots of activities to do such as: HIIT , strength training, kickboxing, Pilates, yoga, treadmill, mind full cooldown and many others. Each of these classes is done by specialized trainers and and you can do all kinds of exercises and workouts at any level: beginner and Advanced.

You will just need to have a Fitness+ subscription, an Internet connection and possibly an Apple Watch and that’s it. Simply select the desired exercise from your iPhone, press play and share the screen on your TV, your MacBook or simply on your phone.

APPLE FITNESS+ WHAT ARE THE COURSES?

As I anticipated earlier, the classes are endless and the great thing is that they can be done either at home or at the gym. There are free-body exercises such as HIIT, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and mindful cooldown. Then there are those to be done with weights such as strength training, core training etc. And then there are those that need equipment such as treadmills, rowing machines, exercise bikes to be done in the gym or at home if you have them.

So, as you can well understand the choice is vast as is that of choosing the professional to be entrusted to. I am in love with Jamie Ray. The energy he can instill in me before, during and after his workouts is something indescribable.

In fact, I love all the trainers because they are all great and can give you an energy and desire to workout that no one else can give you.

WHAT IS THE COST?

The cost of Fitness+ is 9.99 euros per month. A super advantageous price considering what it offers you. And honestly, I used to pay a lot more monthly for my gym membership.  I can assure you that I never got similar results and did not get as passionate about the fitness world as I did with them.

To subscribe, all you need to do is download the app from the Apple store, enter your payment information) and you’re done.
