Cocogiri Island Resort is a true tropical paradise in the heartland in the Maldives, where the enchantment of the Indian Ocean blends with luxury and comfort.
We loved this resort not only for their fantastic villas but also because it offers a wide range of activities that made our first Maldives experience unforgettable.
Not to mention the welcoming staff who literally pampered us throughout our stay.

HOW TO REACH COCOGIRI ISLAND RESORT
As soon as we landed at Malé International Airport, a young man from the resort staff was waiting for us at arrivals to escort us to the location.
Cocogiri Island Resort can be reached by a convenient seaplane transfer or, if you prefer a more traditional approach, by fast boat.
We preferred the speed boat, which took 70 minutes. After which the vacation begins as soon as you set foot on Vashugiri Atoll.
I must say that our experience began as soon as we set foot in Malé, with a dedicated team at Cocogiri Island Resort taking care of every detail.

Cocogiri Island Resort Beach Villa
The resort is renowned for its luxury accommodations that blend harmoniously with the surrounding natural beauty. The Water villas, built on stilts over the ocean, offer breathtaking views and direct access to the crystal clear waters. Each villa is elegantly appointed, with large windows that allow guests to enjoy spectacular tropical sunsets. Privacy is guaranteed, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the tranquility of their private retreat.
Beach Villas, surrounded by lush tropical gardens, offer a more intimate atmosphere and are tastefully decorated, offering modern amenities and direct contact with nature.
After reading the reviews, we opted for the beach villas. I must say that we did not regret it at all.
The giant room gave directly onto our private beach. What I liked best was the bathroom. The very modern design also left room for tradition. In fact, the bathroom was half in Madivian style.
One of the two showers in fact was “under the stars” as per tradition.
The absolute best thing clearly is the fact that opening the door you find yourself in paradise.
