which is the best meditation app

Sometimes meditation is not an easy practice for someone who is not an expert about it. This is why meditation apps are fundamental to approach to it. In this post we’ll talk about the best meditation app tried by LTB editors to start meditation right now.

WHY MEDITATION IS IMPORTANT

One of the steps I want to take toward a minimalist lifestyle is to learn to meditate and make meditation part of my daily routine.
Unfortunately, it is not such a simple practice even though from the outside it would appear. It requires practice, dedication and consistency. Just like abs, it is a muscle that must be trained constantly to see results.

Stress reduction & Mental Health Improvement: Through regular practice of meditation, levels of cortisol, the stress hormone, in the body can be reduced, leading to a greater sense of calm and well-being. Consequently, it can help improve mental health.

Increased awareness: Meditation promotes awareness of self and surroundings. This can help you make more informed decisions, be more present in social interactions, and live more fully and meaningfully.

Improved concentration: Meditation requires concentration, and consistent practice can help improve your ability to focus on a specific task or activity. This can be useful both in daily life and in work or study (and this is one of my major goals).

Improved sleep quality: Meditation can help improve sleep quality by reducing insomnia and promoting deeper, more restful sleep. Other goal I want to achieve.

There would be many others but for me these are the basic ones.

WHEN MEDITATION SHOULD BE DONE

There is no exact time to meditate but it is strictly personal. Some people like to meditate in the morning as soon as they wake up and some like to meditate before going to sleep.
The important thing is to establish a routine that works for you. Consistency is often more important than the specific time of practice. So choose a time that fits your schedule and helps you incorporate meditation into your daily life on a regular basis.

WHY MEDITATION APPS ARE IMPORTANT

Many meditation apps offer sessions led by experienced instructors or meditation teachers who are essential for those approaching this practice for the first time. The app I am using is helping me learn proper techniques and deepen the practice.

In addition, meditation apps can be used anytime and anywhere you prefer. It also allows me  to track and monitor my sessions and progress over time. This can be motivating and help you maintain a consistent practice.

ARE MEDITATION APPS WORTH IT

Meditation apps can be very useful, and as I mentioned, they have been very useful for me. The fact is that one would also need to find the right one. Not all meditation apps are useful and for me they have not all been effective.

In my opinion, it would be optimal to find meditation apps that offer personalized and guided meditation.

WHICH MEDITATION APP IS THE BEST
