If you haven’t been following Pamela Reif workouts I really suggest you to start right now. In this post you’ll find all the reasons why you should love her and why I madly love her.

If you read my latest fitness blog post, you will know that since the start of the pandemic I have finally started working out regularly. Just thinking about the fact that I’ve managed to reach one of the goals I set for myself at the beginning of 2020 I’m really happy… Sure, I get that one week, every now and then, when I can only work out twice a week but it’s not that week that ruins all the efforts and the hard work of an entire month or year.

And you will say: How is it possible to have achieve this goal if just because of the pandemic the gyms were closed? Well the secret was YouTube. This platform is practically the answer to any of your questions. You’ll be able to find everything you need, including a plethora of super effective and useful workouts. You can find the fitness YouTuber who posts videos out of passion or certified fitness YouTuber.

It’s just up to you to decide.

In this year filled with HIIT and Pilates workouts (which are the ones I enjoy the most) I’ve been helped to find my favorite fitness guru. Her name is Pamela Reif.

In addition to being gorgeous and having a killer body, she offers on her page a lot of targeted workouts for each of your goals. You can find full body, abs, arms and booty workouts -which in my opinion is her strongest point-. (Before I met her videos, I would have never thought that booty workouts could be the most difficult and tiring of them all).

WHY I CHOSE PAMELA REIF WORKOUTS

SHORT BUT EFFECTIVE.
The videos last about 10 to 20 minutes maximum and are super intense and effective. That’s why people who are short on everyday spare time can follow a workout routine. But don’t worry as they are broken down by various levels of training: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.

Also, Pamela’s Workouts are the only one who gave me results!!!

SHE IS PASSIONATE ABOUT IT.

I chose her as my favorite because you can feel that she likes what she does, that she puts effort into every single thing she does, from the simplest to the most complex one. In addition, each of her videos is edited down to the smallest detail and maybe that’s what I like.

SHE IS REAL.
I like her because she follows her own workouts and that’s what makes her even more real and genuine. She doesn’t produce videos simply for personal gain.

WEEKLY PROGRAM.
She delivers every week her weekly plans, divided into beginner, intermediate and advance levels. Following her weekly plan criteria I saw amazing results on my body!

Down below an example of her Sweaty 45 min weekly plan.
(I have just screen shotted on her Instagram)

I can’t describe by words how much I adore it!

AND MORE REASONS..

NOT TO MANY ADVS.

I like her because she’s not the usual influencer who posts ADVs at every turn and that’s why I love following her especially on Instagram. (I find that there are too many ads all over social medias and I don’t like them).

HEALTY RECIPES.
I like her because she shares so many healthy and quick recipes that are very interesting, easy to make, with ingredients that are super available in any supermarket.

INSPIRATION.
I also love following her, or just seeing her photos on Instagram, because she gives me that extra inspiration and boost that gives me the energy to work out or try to work out every day. It gives me that energy that I need when, on some days, I just don’t feel like working out.

SEMPLICITY.
She started from scratch and I was one of the many viewers who followed her from when she had very few followers. And she, despite everything has remained the same.

HOME FREINDLY, ZERO TO LOW EQUIPMENT.
I like her because her workouts are home friendly so they are super easy to do at home. She uses very little equipment – mostly body weight, weights, and leg elastic band – but at the same time offers alternatives that you can find at home like bottles or backpacks full of books to create a kettle bell.

MY FAVORITE PAMELA REIF WORKOUTS

I can say that my favorite workouts, if I have to chose, are absolutely abs! They are so intense but really made a difference on my belly!! But, I really enjoy the most HIIT workouts. They are complete, you can train both abs, booty and upper body. In just 10 minutes you can have a total body at home.

I have to thank Mr and Mrs Muscle because thanks to them me and my fiancé have started working out together.

Also, Apple Fitness+ is something that changed my life for good. I really suggest you to give it a try!
