If you are bored with your usual workout or just simply adore challenges, try this 30-Day Plank Challenge to become stronger than ever.

You all know how much I adore Kayla Itsines and her BBG – Bikini Body Guide-. I talked about it in this post READ HERE.

I alternate going to the gym (two to three times a week) and when I can’t, based on my working schedule, I do at home her workouts. They are made up of 4 round 7 minutes long, that means that you can stay fit working out only for 28 minutes. But just don’t think they are super easy to do. Instead, the first day you’ll have you muscles burning as ever before.

Since these sessions are really hard, you have to push yourself to the limit otherwise you won’t see any result.

This time, our amazing fitness goddess, released a 30-Day plank challenge. You’ll only need less than 10 min a day to steghten your core. You can do this challenge in addition to her BBG workouts or doing it on your rest day. It is up to you.
