How to burn more calories on a Treadmill

Today i started to go to the gym, i would like too lose weight (not too much) but the reason why i decided to start it is because I don’t want to be lazy anymore. Also i would like to eat healthy but at the same time eating junk food too xD. Working hard at the gym makes me feel like i earned that piece of cake, that plate of pasta and any kind of food we know that we have to cut out. Obviously there are loads of ways you can burn down the extra calories but my next goal is to be able to run for a hour straight (i already know for me would be impossible but i will try it). By the way some days ago i found on pinterest a picture that shows a treadmill interval training that allows you to burn 400 CALORIES.

I will try to workout at least 3 times a week because if you don’t do it constantly i will be worhless.
