CELERY JUICING!! DOES IT WORK?

All of the Youtubers are making video on celery juicing. Also my favorite youtuber on hearth (here) did this kind of challenge, she told she had such amazing results and that’s why I decided to try it my self.

Since diets don’t work on everyone the same way, it’s always best to understand what’s good for our bodies and what’s not. We must first figure out if we have any food intolerances or allergies and then we can proceed!

HOW DOES CELERY JUICING WORK? 

It only consists into drinking celery juice every morning right after you wake up on an empty stomach. Than, you have to wait half an hour before eating your usual breakfast.

As you can see it is not a real slimming diet, but more of an excellent habit because it will stimulate your body to perform a cleansing.
I alternate celery juice with fresh ginger and cinnamon herbal tea (in the morning on an empty stomach as well).

After drinking this juice, I use to do workout and then eat breakfast. By following these steps, I have seen an improvement in workout performance as well.

I felt that during the day It really helped me with my digestion disorders. I always suffer from bloating and stomachache and I have to say that It saved me.

But at the same time I think that doing this juicing everyday is not as good as the majority of the bloggers think. I think that you should only do it for one week every one or two months( according to doctors).
