EASY LOW CALORIES VEGAN PANCAKES RECIPE

Easy vegan pancakes recipe made with very few ingredients that everyone has already in the cupboard. This vegan recipe is perfect also for lactose and eggs intolerant because it doesn’t contain milk or eggs. Fastest and healthiest pancakes to make. Kids will love it!

As I said in my latest post (link here), I’m dedicating myself to my favorite hobbies. One of them is experimenting new dessert recipes. Actually this vegan pancakes recipe is one that I make very often because is super easy to make, you need few ingredients and , more important, is low calories.

It is perfect to serve as breakfast because are delicious and will keep you filled the whole morning. Also, you can play around with topping. Chocolate or Nutella for sweet-tooth people or fruit for healthiest choice.

EASY LOW CALORIES VEGAN PANCAKES INGREDIENTS

Ingredients

150 gr flour (any kind, I sometimes like to mix them)

20 gr oil (the as per flour)

50 gr brown sugar

180 gr water

1 teaspoon yeast

Modifications

-Flour I like to mix flours, sometimes I do half 00 flour and half rice flour.. as you prefer

-Sugar.. the same, I think the result is better with white sugar but it’s up to you.

– Oil I like to add seed oils because it makes a smooth cream

RECIPE

-Sift and mix flour, yeast and then add sugar.

-Slowly add water to the mixture and stir very well just to avoid clumps

-Do the same thing adding oil

-Grease and heat a non-stick pan

-Put one cup of mixture in the pan ad as soon as it starts bubbling (approximately 3 min) you can turn it and cook 3 other minutes.

And this is it folks, as I said, super easy to make. I usually make them in the morning and eat them straight after. But if you don’t like to wait you can also prepare the mixture the night before, store it in the fridge and cook it the morning after.
