As I said in my latest post (link here), I'm dedicating myself to my favorite hobbies that in "real life" I don't have so much time to spend on. One of them is experimenting new dessert recipes. Actually this specific recipe is one that I make very often because is super easy to make, you need few ingredients and , more important, is low calories.
I'm talking about vegan pancakes. If you like them - and of course you do - but you don't want to feel guilty after having them you must follow my recipe, because not only it is super easy to make but is also healthy and vegan friendly!

The Recipe

150 gr flour (any kind, I sometimes like to mix them)
20 gr oil (the as per flour)
50 gr brown sugar
180 gr water
1 teaspoon yeast

-Flour I like to mix flours, sometimes I do half 00 flour and half rice flour.. as you prefer
-Sugar.. the same, I think the result is better with white sugar but it's up to you.
- Oil I like to add seed oils because it makes a smooth cream

-Sift and mix flour, yeast and then add sugar.
-Slowly add water to the mixture and stir very well just to avoid clumps
-Do the same thing adding oil
-Grease and heat a non-stick pan
-Put one cup of mixture in the pan ad as soon as it starts bubbling (approximately 3 min) you can turn it and cook 3 other minutes.

And this is it folks, as I said, super easy to make. I usually make them in the morning and eat them straight after. But if you don't like to wait you can also prepare the mixture the night before, store it in the fridge and cook it the morning after.

What do you think about this recipe? I personally adore it!
Let me know if you usually make it in any other way.
